The Context:

Monsoon is the best time to bring plants home, as the weather makes plant parenting super easy. However, gardening can feel overwhelming. People love the idea of a green home, but the barriers to entry - uncertainty, effort, and care hold them back.

Ugaoo set out to change that perception. Instead of telling people how easy plant care is, we showed them in real time. The challenge? How do you make plant parenting feel approachable, engaging, and rewarding - without overwhelming first-timers?

The Idea: 

We simply walked the talk! For the “Bring Nature Home” campaign, we partnered with lifestyle influencers who had no gardening expertise to showcase exactly how easy and fun it is to be a good plant parent.

The Execution:
Two influencers, first-time plant parents, were introduced in a video game-style format, each with a unique personality and plant experience level.

Vlogs Documenting the Journey:
Over six weeks, the influencers created vlogs capturing their wins, struggles, and learnings in real time. Each vlog focused on an aspect of plant care such as watering, repotting, and plant health, reinforcing how effortless gardening could be with Ugaoo.


When it rains, it pours - discounts!
To cement Ugaoo’s presence during monsoon, we introduced the Thunder Sale, a real-time flash sale triggered by rainfall in specific regions. The more it rained, the bigger the discount.


Brand-building Reels from the Founder:

We got Siddhant - Ugaoo’s founder on camera for the first time! He took his viewers through his own plant journey through Instagram Reels.


The Plant Swap:

An event where plant parents could come and swap plant saplings and share their love for gardening!
